Users should have access to up-to-date information about the nearest operational accessible subway stations, ensuring they can plan their routes effectively. Additionally, users should receive real-time updates on stoppages and disruptions affecting the subway system, so they can make informed decisions during their commute. Users should also have the option to notify other riders of potential delays they are experiencing, contributing to community-driven updates. Moreover, users should be informed of any accessibility issues at a specific subway station to avoid unnecessary challenges during their journey.
