Consider highlighting greek sections with tooltip upon hover instead of interlinear text #8

The interlinear text is somewhat distracting.

Ideally you read the Greek, and only consul the English if you need to by an easy hover.

We can use the native and new Popover & Anchor Positioning API for the tooltip:
