Feedback on Resource Metadata (Github source for this page)

Metadata requirements will soon be documented in the technical documentation instead as this is general for all data publishers and not only publishers sharing data through an IPT.

Once the content is released, the IPT manual should either incorporate the technical documentation on the subject or link to the technical documentation.
