Convert to plugin

It would be nice if this was eventually converted to a plugin. It would make it easier to detect video updates and you could easily trigger it to run every so often using the scheduler for plugins built in to Jellyfin.

I think you might be in the wrong repo. My fork is the one with jellyfin integration. And yeah, I am planning to make a jellyfin plugin once the features and stability are worked out in the python version.
