Describe the bug
when server app first starts, there is a scenario where myProxy user does not have ~.ssh folder, and therefore no ~/.ssh/authorized_keys file.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. New computer (maybe docker?)
  2. Install myProxy. Run setup.

Expected behavior
Server starts without error

  • OS: Ubuntu
  • Version 18.04

The included checks and mkdir -p flag may have fixed this issue with the script in the docker PR.
