ganglia-web v3.7.1-2.20 uses php v5.6.40 which has reached EOL

The current ganglia version v3.7.1-2.20 uses php v5.6.40 which has reached EOL (end of life). How to use ganglia with php7.3 or php 7.4

yum install ganglia-web shows the following dependencies
