  • Move Galaxy to /galaxy and add a planemo-machine landing page.
  • Include CWL tool as part of the VM.
  • Add option to run a stripped down rabbix VM on the machine.
  • Add option to add links to CWL documentation and examples to the Desktop.
  • Build and distribute (VM, docker interactive, docker server) a variant that:
