Not enough space in DFU drive ?

I got a Windows 7 error about lack of drive space on the DFU drive when I tried to drag in the Hex file.

I have only slot 2 vacant currently, so does this size mismatch mean that the Hex is too big for the slot (what size should a slot be?), or do I need to overwrite another slots app to be able to fit this one on the device ?

Same problem here. I solved downloading all the files in zip format ( https://github.com/gabonator/DS203 in the right column "Download ZIP" ) . In this way the size of the .hex are correct.
