Does tracarbon work in a cloud infrastructure? (private cloud) to measure my application's power consumption in my container?

Tracarbon works on cloud infrastructure:

AWS EC2 with or without Kubernetes containers
Cloud infrastructure with Intel processors providing RAPL interfaces
