[Feature request] Command to copy symbol chats from one character slot to another

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Transferring symbol chats from an existing character to a new one is a pain because you have to transfer them from the existing character to a separate account, and then from the separate account to the new character.

A command that copies symbol chats from one character slot to another
