The command would clean up rendered files of a specific sauce and the entry from sauces.yml. It would use the ID of the sauce to identify the correct one.

Like jalapeno delete 21872763-f48e-4728-bc49-57f5898e098a

jalapeno eject command could be refactored to jalapeno delete all
