Ability to remove the inner radius elements #25

The cylindrical mesh starts at the origin 0 and sometimes the plot of this region is not needed

It would be useful to be able to remove the inner section.

Currently I'm doing this by modifying the plot afterwards but perhaps this should be a user argument

plot.set_xlim(475, 700)
