fixing z axis value for geometry #13

a recent PR into openmc has fixed the z grid for cylinderical meshes

openmc-dev/openmc#2710

the package should be updated to reflect these changes as we are currently getting an negative offset

@rlbarker have I understood the bug report correctly

I think this issue is solved with 0.2.1 release which can be installed with pip install openmc_cylindrical_mesh_plotter==0.2.1
