The 2d and 3d mesh resolution can be tricky for users to find when the mesh is not of equal sizes in all directions.

A feature should be added that allows users to specify the number of mesh elements required and it makes the mesh with cubes / squares accordingly

The resulting 2D or 3D mesh will have elements with equal length sides
