Are there any recommendations for the preferred version of jupyter-cadquery? Currently, it is set to the default pip installation in the .yml file, but the code in paramak/reactor.py raises errors, such as not recognizing e.g. the show() method

The packages used for this example script have moved along a bit since it was made 2 years ago.

You could take a peak at jupyter-cadquery and see which release was current around that time https://github.com/bernhard-42/jupyter-cadquery/releases

If you figure it out do feel free to PR an update to the repo.

In general I've been working on this tool chain and both paramak and cad-to-dagmc are much better than they were 2 years ago. Cadquery has also improved.

Paramak in particular has moved to version 0.9.5 now and it would be great to remake this example for the latest version.

I think this sort of simulation is now easier but I don't have an example available currently and I'm still working on the first example unstructured mesh simulation script over here
