stat("C:\", somebuf) fails, returning -1 #128

Hi.

When a root directory such as 'C:' is passed to stat(), it fails and returns -1. Presumably because the call to FsFirst() fails.

However, perhaps it should succeed with st_mode set to R/W/S_IFDIR?
