Wrong citations extracted from Harvard importer logs

Here is the full list of wrong citations that were found when inspecting CL logs from the Harvard importer. I found 870 invalid citations.

The file includes the citation, the result of a test performed with get_citations() function from eyesite project, which uses reporters-db to find the reporter in the citation, and the url to the json file in internet archive.

Some of these citations have already been corrected in a recent update pushed to opinionated project. You can see right here: freelawproject/opinionated#22
