how to reproduce?
my guess is datacenter.md is mentioned in one of the unlisted pages, because since we explore pages recursively, any page mentioning datacenter.md will result in adding it to the unlisted pages.

i believe we solved the publishing without errors problem by adding a flag production in heroscripts
