• Key differences between posts and pages (on Ghost) were:
  • Pages won't listed in the main feed or author feed
  • Pages are rendered as static pages and load faster -> it's the same for pages when we use 11ty
• It seems better to add a field to toggle post and page, rather than adding another model

I checked with Quincy and Abbey in the staff chat and it sounds like they don't use the pages feature much.

You can disregard pages for now, and if later we need a way to publish articles without publication dates and authors – sort of wiki-style pages – we can implement that functionality. But it's a very low priority and doesn't belong in the MVP.

I think we can:

• import existing pages on Ghost as posts on the new CMS
• remove pages from menu -> Hide Pages menu #331
