Describe the Issue

In the forum there is a horizontal scroll in smaller screen. Responsiveness not working correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to 'https://forum.freecodecamp.org/'
Click on 'inpect'
Check on different size.
See error "you will see horizontal scroll"
