Add Sandwich Rule Functionality in HRMS Module

I would like to request the addition of a Sandwich Rule functionality to the HRMS module in ERPNext. This feature would allow organizations to configure leave policies where consecutive leave days are marked as unpaid if a holiday or weekend falls in between.

Feature Requirements:

Configurable Rule: Ability to enable or disable the sandwich rule per leave policy.
Customizable Conditions: Support for defining specific holidays or weekends that should trigger the rule.
