Ability to save historical holiday assignments

Problem

Currently, holiday list needs to be set in the company/employee master. When you switch holiday list from current year (1st Jan - 31st Dec 2024) to next year (1st Jan - 31st Dec 2025), leave applications created on the boundaries of these 2 years - 28th Dec 2024 - 2nd Jan 2025 don’t consider holidays from 2024 anymore and hence more leaves get consumed.

Solution

We should have periodic holiday assignments to take care of such scenarios. Just like shift assignments, you can create holiday assignments and have historical holiday data for each employee for all years.
