Run SALUTE analysis for drug prevention repositioning starting from a disease of interest.
SALUTE can be run via SALUTE_main.py. The disease of interest can be selected by providing a txt file. An example is provided in the txt folder.
The output contains a list of drugs along with their confidence and relevance scores.
