Can't run Perseus CLI on Windows

Hi, I'm trying to use perseus, but, I cannot run perseus serve:

But if I run rollup myself, it works fine:

What shell are you running? Perseus tries to execute the command rollup directly on your system, without going through cmd or PowerShell, so it may be that Rollup isn't in the Windows equivalent of your $PATH somehow?

Also, I updated the title of the discussion because this should affect every command in the CLI. Thank you for bringing this to my attention!

Yeah that rm shouldn't be there at all. I'll push a fix ASAP. And I'll try to figure out why it can't find rollup.

Okay, I've released this and a number of other fixes in v0.1.4, would you mind trying that for the CLI and seeing if it works for you?
