psuedo_sparse_matrix_new missing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run PopGen.bat in trunk
2.
3.


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
PopSyn crashed with the following traceback:

    import psuedo_sparse_matrix_new
ImportError: No module named psuedo_sparse_matrix_new

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using trunk version on Windows.

Please provide any additional information below.
synthesizer_algorithm.prepare_data.py imports psuedo_sparse_matrix_new,
which hasn't been checked in
