Deleting Scrach Org failed with #101

I have been verifying the Travis CI aligned with the Trailhead module "Continuous Integration Using Salesforce DX"

I revised the part of .travis.yml as shown below.

script:

sfdx force:org:create -v HubOrg -s -f config/project-scratch-def.json -a [email protected]
--wait 3
sfdx force:org:display -u [email protected]
sfdx force:source:push -u [email protected]
sfdx force:apex:test:run -u [email protected] --wait 10
sfdx force:org:delete -u HubOrg -p
--

However at the last line, deleting Scratch Org failed with following message.

Please let me know the correct way or any other workaround.
