Not sure if I am in the right place, but I installed this, three times now, and each time I get

ENOENT: no such file or directory, stat 'E:\Pinokio\api\arc2face.git{{input.event[0]}}'

Hi, this seems to be related to Pinokio itself rather than Arc2Face. I recommend referring to the Pinokio repository for further assistance.
