Why are the changes needed?

I added new code example file in example/basics for new page add about Flyte Type System and Data passing. Once this PR is approved then we can use this files raw github user content link and use that to add code example snippets in newly added page for Flyte Type system (about which can be referenced with this PR )

What changes were proposed in this pull request?

Just added new code example file in examples/basics

@Future-Outlier a blog post. Once it is posted and referenced from the docs, the plan is to close this issue
