take latest Jasperstarter version
edit JasperReport.php after line 222 (if (count($errors)) {...) and comment this part or make it more intelligent checking for "ERROR" in the output.
This is needed, because the jasperstarter outputs some warnings with Java 11. (Probably it will be fixed in the next versions of the tool.)
