Raw Data Download API not able to generate S3 presigned url #20

Hi

While trying to fetch data from flurry via api's, We are not able to get the S3 presigned URL even after few hours(> 6 hrs)

It keeps says the Request has been Acknowledged but no S3 URL is received

The above request holds true for an hour or a day or a month

This same behaviour is observed in data download via GUI also

Can someone help me with this?

@glades95 i am also experiencing the same problem and if by change some how i got url but data inside that was empty
