On the Quickstart page there is a note which says: "In versions older than 4.0, the FluentMigrator.Runner package references all database-specific packages due to backwards compatibility reasons."
This was added about five years ago. Was this in anticipation of a change coming in a version 4.0? The way it's worded implies version 4.0 already exists.
