Expand Splunk integration testing #14

To make sure 1.8 goes off with a hitch expand on the splunk integration tests.

Test the actual results returned by a query
Add tests for all usage scenarios:
- Raw Send Mode: Off/On
  - Lots of user complaints here
  - Specifying Splunk metadata in raw event broken in v1.7.5+ fluent-bit#3699
  - Splunk output Splunk_Send_Raw option works in opposite logic fluent-bit#3021
- Handling of connectivity issues
  - Fluentbit stops working after getting 503 from one of the outputs fluent-bit#3649
- Tags?
- Data Channels, ACKs, etc... Splunk output plugin: Data channel is missing fluent-bit#3314
- Flushing chunks with HTTP Status=0 Output ES fails to flush chunk with status 0 fluent-bit#3301
- Custom Dynamic Index Key: splunk index_key fluent-bit#3048 (???)
- HTTP vs TCP?
- Nest_Under ?
- Metrics?

There seems to be a reference to problems with splunk and a possible lack of integration tests here: fluent/fluent-bit#3543 (comment).
