Install in Alfresco Community 7.1

I need to install the amps in version 7.1. It's possible?

When trying to generate the amps through the mvc clean package, it reports that:
Failure to find org.springframework.social:spring-social-facebook:jar:1.0.0.RC1 in https://artifacts.alfresco.com/nexus/content/groups/public was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of alfresco-public has elapsed or updates are forced.

Where can I download the amps for repo and share?
