[1.18.2] Axes do not mine wood any faster than your fists with mod installed

im playing a 1.18.2 fabric server with my friends and we noticed that mining anything with the axe is a fast as mining something with your bare hands, removing this mod fixed our issue so i thought i'd leave this here to inform you of it

I'm interested to hear which blocks these were, a type of wood or other axe-specific block or another incompatible block (like dirt/stone)?
