Include static documentation from the docs site directly in Flipbook.

Requirements:

Markdown parsing
Tooling to include docs during a build
Select subset of docs to include
CI should fail if a link between the included docs is broken

Alternatives:

Include a "Help" page that directs the user to our docs site
