sqlserver插件能支持查询数据库数据吗 #1067

What would you like to be added:
因需要监控sqlserver数据库表有无最新数据，使用mysql的插件是可以支持这个功能，在sqlserver模板无此案例，借此一问，如果支持请告知一下给个案例，谢谢。

内置的指标一般都是够用的，方便透露下是有什么指标不够用需要自定义么？
