Cannot configure smartapps for using home assistant api #19

After I published my SmartApps and Device Handlers at SmartThings IDE, I expected on this page that I can see these options.

but I cannot configure my SmartApps without SmartThings Hub.

Is SmartThings Hub an indispensable thing?
