Since everything is bundled it should only be a dev dependency

After running npm install, npm gives an error:
npm install
npm WARN The package react-tap-event-plugin is included as both a dev and production dependency.
This warning can be eliminated by removing the react-tap-event-plugin package from the "dependencies" field in the package.json file.

Here's a good explanation of the differences between the "dependencies" and "devDependencies" fields.
