Hi @felixhayashi ,

I recently found VisNetwork and think their Highlight nearest feature can be much liked by TiddlyMap users.

Just want to ask the possibilities of including this R package in TiddlyMap and your opinion on implementing this in your project.

Just want to update particularly on the highlight nearest view. The function in this .js file may help with highlighting the nearest nodes when clicking on one node.

Trying to use it in TiddlyMap ... will update if achieved anything

Hi @linsteina using the r-package in TiddlyMap would go beyond the scope of the plugin. I think this is more vis-related than TiddlyMap related since it allows you to programatically create maps using r, but those maps are not related to tiddlers in TiddlyWiki.

Such features are to difficult to implement for me with my limited time. But if you make any progress, leave a comment :)
