What we’re after: As a developer for the FEC website, I want to research and understand the FEC Online Comment Entry System (FORCES) on sers.fec.gov, so that I can efficiently develop an application that can navigate and comment on rulemakings in a single platform.

Why we’re after it: To reduce our legacy application burden, boost efficiency, and create a consistent, user-friendly comment experience in a single platform.
