Description: RMAFster calculates and explores RNA Mutated Allele Frequencies (RMAFs) from Bam Files.
It searches for previously detected DNA mutations in mRNA and calculates statistics under 2 hypotheses:
Mutations are expressed in a bi-allelic manner and DNA Variant Allele Frequencies (VAF) are proportional
to RMAFs.
