Have a function to be able to set an intelligent initial set of values for looping parameters (output parameters used by internal models).

Maybe it could even be fine to set looped outputs values to values set in the .xml file? This would mean the output .xml file can be used as a speed-up for the integration test and Notebook tests in the workflow (speaking for FAST-GA and future FAST-OAD with L1 aerodynamic models).
