Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When pinging large subnets, it becomes difficult to view and interpret the results in the console due to the volume of data. There is a need for improved visualization and the ability to export the results for further analysis.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have a feature that provides a clearer presentation of ping results for large subnets and allows exporting the data to a CSV file. This will enhance the usability of the tool and facilitate analysis in external applications.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Redirecting output to a file is an alternative but lacks real-time visibility and interactivity. The export to CSV feature offers a more comprehensive solution, enabling easy manipulation and analysis of the ping data.

Additional context
Enhancing the visualization of ping results for large subnets, along with exporting to CSV, will greatly improve usability. Features like sortable columns, pagination, and exported fields such as IP address, packets sent/received, packet loss, and RTT statistics will aid analysis and integration with existing workflows.
