Typically, new language support in Duckling is added by third-party developers and not the duckling team, since the Duckling team is small and has fluent understanding of a minimal set of languages.

Note that current Chinese support is I believe a mixture of Mandarin and Cantonese, and the line drawn between them in the code is fuzzy. It should be more delineated.

If you would like to see more Cantonese support, I encourage you to take a stab at it!
