Analytics features for GA

• CVE notification on pipeline screen
• (stretch) CVE auto-correction and CI test with pass = PR and fail = notification to dev
• Notify developer if there is an incompatible or inconsistent license in a new package addition - generate alert in build screen
• Icons for each stack report to indicate number of critical (red) items, and insight (yellow) items
• Mouseovers on red/yellow icons should show description of what the rating means
• (stretch) Package insights in the Che UI when new packages are added - provided by LSP

Support future-looking OSIO capabilities for Summit discussion

• Show an analytics-driven project dependency editor to add on to the merged launcher / wizard
• Show a (proof of concept / mock) for a containerized application stack editor add-on for the merged launcher / wizard.
