Can’t get KPN iptv to work on UXG Pro

Hi everyone! I've been trying for a couple of days now, but I can't get KPN iptv working properly on my new UXG Pro. The setup looks quite straight forward and I do have picture, but it's freezing after a couple of seconds. After rebooting it seems to work, but after a few minutes it freezes. I've tried a lot of things and nothing helps. Is anyone able to help me find the issue?

The service seems to run fine:

After a couple of days fiddling around with the parameters, and getting more and more frustrated with myself, it suddenly started working. The only change was disabling quickleave, could that have been the issue here? Or are the stars aligned differently today, and was it just bad luck?

I was celebrating too soon. Now, a few hours later, it no longer works. Anyone have any other ideas, where is this going wrong? @fabianishere, maybe?

Some errors I see in the logs that are worrying me:

Now I think I actually got it solved! In my situation, the UXG Pro is connected to a USW 24 Pro POE via 10G SFP+. The WAN was connected via RJ45 (eth0), which seemed to give problems in this case. I tried to use the SFP+ to RJ45 adapter (eth2) for the WAN connection, and after this change it started to work!
