FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'E:\xxx\Dataset\Dataset\musdb18\train\A Classic Education - NightOwl.stem.mp4\bass.wav'

How can I solve it T_T

You should use tools to generate 'bass.wav' first.

There are tools: https://github.com/sigsep/sigsep-mus-db
Use command: musdbconvert path/to/musdb-stems-root path/to/new/musdb-wav-root
