About Us: Airframe AI is the brainchild of two successful US-based founders, Paul Hsiao and Ryan Bubinski, with a remarkable track record of investing in and founding transformative companies such as Salesforce, Workday, Twitch, Coursera, Shoreline (acquired by Nvidia), Codecademy, Decrypt, and 5 other companies.
We are on a mission to accelerate the positive impact of AI. We aim to cover every software segment and product, uncover who has successfully used these products and in what use cases, and facilitate software buyers to form small collectives to exchange ideas and learnings.

One of the two founders Paul Hsiao grew up in Taipei and is passionate about infusing more startup culture into Taiwan. Our mission is to establish an engineering and design center in Taipei focused on next-generation GenAI research and development.

Our founding team also includes Elva Lee who grew up and worked in Taiwan, Singapore, Australia and more. She recently relocated back to Taiwan, bringing with her a wealth of international experience from her career with prestigious firms like Blackrock and Mercer. Her dedication to showcasing Taiwan's exceptional talent on the global stage complements our broader goals, ensuring that local joiners will have a team member who is committed to elevating Taiwan’s presence in the tech industry.

The Role: We're looking for 3-5 Senior Front End Engineers to join our founding team. As one of our first 20 hires, you'll work directly with the founders to shape our product and company's future. We are looking for the best of the best, and will make sure you are compensated well for the role ($1,800,000 - $2,500,000 NTD + equity).

You'll be:
• Crafting top-notch web apps and component libraries
• Creating slick, user-friendly digital experiences
• Getting your hands dirty with our initial desktop and mobile web products
• Building and maintaining a robust component library
• Bringing our design system to life (and evolving it)
• Helping us build an awesome team and foster a culture of innovation

You should be:
• Excellent in English with at least 5 years’ experience of front end development
• Excited about learning the ins and outs of building a company
• A self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
• Comfortable with an iterative, "let's try it and see" approach
• A pro at building high-polish web experiences

Tech stack: We're looking for deep experience with (or equivalent to):
• Typescript
• React
• NextJS
• TailwindCSS
• Vitest
• Lottie
• Storybook
