feat: option to include . but not ..

If eza is run on an empty directory, nothing will be shown. Using eza -A this then shows . and .., however my use case actually needs eza -aa --absolute in which case there is now no distinction that .. is the parent directory and . is the current directory. In which case, what I want in this case is the ability to include . but not ..

Full command is: eza -hlaaM --absolute --total-size
