Some CodeMirror nonsense sets style="height: ..." on cm-gutterElement elements directly, which is both incorrect (doesn’t interact properly with scaling transforms) and hard to work around (because style is the most specific way of specifying CSS attributes). Only seems to manifest with pages that use transform: scale.
